Infants

Bright Beginnings offers care for children age’s birth to one year in this classroom. Each child will be given tender loving care that consists of meeting the needs of the individual child such as: diapering and feeding. This program also focuses on the many milestones of this age group. Daily we practice developmentally appropriate practices according to the level of each individual child. We also sing, read stories and a devotional book to the children daily.

Toddlers (one-two years)

Bright Beginnings offers care for children age’s one to two in this classroom. Daily routines are done to ensure that your child is well taken care such as diapering. In this room children begin to explore the world around them more and we encourage them to try new things. The children will begin to learn their shapes, colors, counting, and given opportunities to express themselves through art and sensory materials. A daily devotion will be read along with other story books and singing a variety of songs.

Two year olds

Bright Beginnings offers care for children two to three in classroom. Daily routines are done to ensure that your child is well taken care of such as toilet training and diapering. The children in this class will begin to explore more of the world around them. We will continue teaching them their colors, shapes, counting, and begin pre-writing skills with them. Opportunities will be given to express themselves through a variety of art and sensory materials. A daily devotion will be read along with other storybooks, singing a variety of songs, dancing and exercising.

Preschool (three-five years old)

Bright Beginnings offers care for children three to four in this classroom. Daily routines are done to ensure that your child is well taken care of such as bathroom available all times through out the day, independent personal hygiene etc. The children in this class will begin to learn to recognize letters, colors, shapes, new concepts, write their names, count and many more activities. A daily devotion will be read along with other storybooks, singing, dancing, exercising, and an art center. The children will say the pledges to the American Flag, Christian Flag, and The Bible.

After-School Program Description

Bright Beginnings enrolls children from five to twelve in our after school and summer program. We work with the Clinton City School System for transportation to and from school. The children will be read a daily devotion, recite the pledges to the American Flag, Christian Flag and The Bible. A variety of activities will be provided each day to enhance their vocabulary along with a cultural enrichment activity, cooking projects and many other fun activities. Our summer program includes all of the following including a 4-H Club, dancing, art activities, and many other exciting things for a summer filled with lots of fun and excitement.
